Refund policy

All our specimens are packed with extra care to assure no damage occurs as well as being fully insured during transit for extra peace of mind!

 

Please note colours on computer screen or phone are as close to the actual colourings of the insect as is possible to reproduce online. some minor differences may occur.

If you receive your item and the frame is cracked or broken, glass is shattered, cracked or damaged in any way, this will be covered under our refund policy. please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. You will be required to take photos of the damage, including the box and packaging as well as the item.

You are only entitled to a refund if an item is faulty or has a major problem. If a small piece of the specimen has come loose, like antenna, legs or other small body part, this will not be covered under our refund policy. This is rare but can happen as most specimens are extremely fragile being of organic nature and can easily be repaired with a dot of clear craft/super glue, hot glue, modelling glue or even clear nail polish. Feel free to contact us for further instructions on repairing loose/dislodged parts. We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind.
